I want to get a turtle, but I can't find a store that has one in my price range of $ 70-$ 100. I'd like a land turtle because I wouldn't be able to afford a tank and all the other accessories. If you can recommend a store other than Petco or Petsmart it would help.

Try and search up, "Pet Store Tucson" on www.google.com. They often can provide you with locally owned pet stores.
Occasionally the SPCA has turtles, I've seen them before.
