Tucson Tragedy Tribute

What started as a normal Saturday morning trip to the bank at Ina and Oracle in Tucson (same shopping center as the Safeway where the shooting took place) resulted in something we never could have imagined. These are photos that we took of what we saw on that morning and during the days that followed. The man on the bike at the end of the video stated that he was the Frozen Foods Manager from the Safeway where the shooting happened, though he was not there that day. On the day pictured, he was riding his bike to and from the memorials (UMC - Gabrielle Giffords office), and the University of Arizona where the President would speak. The United States has debated gun control for some time and it doesn't look like it will stop anytime soon. Especially after the events in Arizona where Congresswoman Giffords was shot in the head at a grocery store in Tucson. James Hanson from the Warrior Legacy Foundation says I don't see anything inherently rightwing about carrying a gun. Carrying a gun in a dangerous place is a smart thing to do.
