I would like to buy the re-engineered wood chips. I do not want rubber pellets as I have a 7 month old who has a year of putting stuff in her mouth to come and the rubber pellets are a choking hazard.

my only comment is why wood chips they will decay and also harbor a wide range of insects. I would suggest you try rubber pellets they will last for ever or as long as the play ground equipment does.
