I know I need to put up insulation and drywall electric and plumbing which is already run from the first floor to the upstairs. Basically where should I begin and where should I end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have done a lot of rehabbing. You'll need electric first. Tools and lights need them. Plumbing should be on the inside walls so I'd put up the insulation, winter is coming. That's if you have a floor. If not floor first. Good luck!
