taking a normal principles of chemistry class at Weslyan University, a top 10 liberal arts college (i had to apply to get in and will attend during the day every other day)
may take real-world chemistry second half of year at Weslyan
about 35 hours of community service
played freshman basketball and football. play rec league basketball now.
co-founded the Support Our Nation Club sophomore year and I currently am the vice-president
treasurer of the International Culture Club junior year and will be president next year

You certainly stand a shot at both universities. Your SATs and grades look on target for them, and you are taking at least some APs, which is a good thing. Your extra curriculars also look fine. You have a decent chance of admission.
