This car supposedly went 100 miles on 4 ounces of water. The dept of defense supposedly asked him to convert some hummers for them. Why is nothing being heard of this and why isn't there a big push for this technology to be available to everyone - especially when gas prices are so high and oil is supposedly in short supply??

Because the people who aren't making this big new are super rich and own oil company stocks. No one can benefit from water being used to power cars, because water is free. Whoever can turn a profit will be the ones trying to exploit the crap out of whatever thing will fill their pockets more.
