I am fearful that cockroaches will be unavoidable in apartment dwellings in Houston b/c there isn't a hard freeze and bugs are a way of life down there. Does your apartment have bugs?
Is it a good idea to rent an apartment in a newly built apartment property? I am thinking that a newly built property will have less chance of having bugs than an older property, say, one built in
the 1980s, for example. Thanks.
Answer by I'm in love with my toddler
So, I have lived in houston my whole life, i'm 24. I have been living on my own since I was 20. I have lived in 4 different apartments, I have never had a roach problem, thank god, i am deathly afraid of them!! I have always lived in newer apartments. If you live in the older ones, you are defiantly going to see roaches... even when I lived at my parents, they have an older house, no matter how clean it was, they were always there!! Of course they are going to be outside, I just have never had problems with them being inside....
i'll tell you the past 3 apartments I lived in, just not the most current...
thornbury
the franklin
las ventanas (i did see 2 roaches when we first moved in, but never again)
